- What are your hours?

This is Las Vegas, and with that being said. We do work Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We always want to accommodate you so let us know what your schedule is and we will make it work.
- Where are you located?

We have an office in Henderson, Nevada which is about 10 minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip. At this time we come to your hotel room or can help with a location that would fit the mood you are looking for.
- Do you accept appointments?

We only work by appointment.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Pay Pal. We also do offer financing your images.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

We do have a cancellation policy and it is explained in depth in our contract.
- I’m shy and have never done anything like this before?

Over the years we’ve captured women of every shape, age and physical challenge. Everyone has a sexy side. So, you can relax because you are in good hands with our team. We learned that when our clients are comfortable, we get great images.
- How do I book with The Lux Boudoir?

We want to talk to you, so a phone call is always a first option. If you would like to message us, we are more than happy to answer you. An email is also welcome at lisa@theluxboudoir.com. We will answer all your questions and once you feel comfortable, we will work together to get the exact date and time you would like to book your session. There is some paperwork that can be sent to you to fill out to secure your time and date on our calendar.
- What should I wear?

This is the top question that is asked on every single phone call. We get that there is a lot to think about when it comes to what to wear, but what we say is “If YOU feel SEXY in it you have answered the question”. Feeling sexy is what we want to capture. We will make some suggestions and you can use them or not. The most important thing to remember is HOW YOU FEEL!
- When and how will I select my favorite images?

The Lux Boudoir offers is proud to offer in-person photo reveal and ordering appointments the same day of your photo session. We sit together and look at all the images and help you decide which images are your favorites. We show similar images side by side for easy selection. It is truly the best part of the whole experience.
- When should you book your session?

We recommend booking your session at least one month in advance. We want to make sure we have covered everything with you and that you have enough time to get your wardrobe and the little things like your nails done before your session. Cancellation? We realize things come up that are unexpected, so our cancellation policy is quite simple. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, we will reschedule your session. All deposits are Non-Refundable but are Transferable. If you do not call to reschedule within the 48 hours you forfeit, your deposit. If there is a No call no show you forfeit your deposit and will require a new deposit to set up a new session.
- Can I bring someone to my session?

Of course, you can bring someone with you! We want you to feel comfortable. We do want you to understand that there are no cell phones or cameras allowed in our session. Also, we would suggest no children as they will distract you from what we are trying to create.
- Will my photos by used on our website?

We value all our customers privacy. We take your privacy very seriously. None of your images will be used on our website or social media without your additional permission. After seeing your images and if you would like us to use the images that we have created together we will need you to sign a release giving us permission to show the images. We do own all the copyrights to all the images taken at the session. Again, we do not use them unless you have signed an agreement to do so.
